REVERSE

   "Reverse" – the most technically simple bending style, based on brute arm and wrist strngth. The bar is fixed with front (anchor) hand, and the other (rear) hand bends it over the muscle pad between thumb and pointer of anchor arm. 
The front wrist works in static of ulnar deviation, and rear arm works like in double overhand, loading the nail with radial deviation assisted with axle pressure of triceps.
